Inland Empire Oilseeds, LLC was formed in March 2006, in Odessa, Washington, with the purpose of manufacturing biodiesel.  The Company is currently owned by Odessa Union Warehouse Cooperative, Reardan Grain Growers, Inc., Reardan Seed Company, Inc., and Michael Dunlap.

Inland Empire Oilseeds is a member of the National Biodiesel Board.
